- Capable of performing Human Body Model (HBM) and Machine Model (MM) testing to the most prevalent industry standards.
- Capable of performing Latch-up testing per latest JEDEC's methods.
- Equipped with Voltage and Current (V/I) power supplies, each of which has a wide dynamic range enabling them to force and measure signals spanning from milli-volt and nano amp range, up to 100 volts and 10amps.
- Advanced device preconditioning capability.Each device pin can be driven with vectors up to 64k deep, at selectable speeds of up to 10MHz,and with read back capability on every pin, and device state, comprehensive state verification is fast and easy.
