extremely small geometries and highly dense circuitry, STS
has introduced the most sophisticated ESD and Latch-up
testers . Our ESD and Latch-up testers can test up to 2304 pins with up to 256k full vectoring on each channel.
We are very familiar with the various U.S. & International industry standards currently in use for the ESD and Latch-up testing. Our Reliability Engineers will work with you to design the most optimal test
